Your real calendars, read-only
Outlook web → Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars → Publish → copy the ICS link and paste it here (never into chat). Google: share the calendar read-only with jarvis-sheets-bot@key-sign-488914-p3 and paste its calendar id (usually your Gmail address). Focus blocks then route around meetings; the 18:30 lock reads them first.

Spotify playlists by block kind
Priming is state control - the song is a cue, not background. Paste a Spotify link for each. The block starts, the right sound is one tap away (auto-play needs a Spotify authorization - not connected yet).

Friday cannot read your work calendar (Harris has not granted the write permission). Tell it the blocks that repeat and it will plan around them.
Routines are defined in morning-routines.js and executed by name from the runner's local allow-list. Every routine ships off; turning one on is your approval for it to run unattended each weekday.
